Commonly know as Crabtree Falls.

Actually, this is Upper Falls on Crabtree Creek.  "Crabtree Falls" (as named by the USGS) is downstream a bit on private property. Apparently no one told the park service when the Blue Ridge Parkway campground and trail was being built!  This is what people mean when they say "Crabtree Falls" though. Names can and do change!
