Fire Pink

They look red to me. But everyone you ask will call them Fire Pink, except botanists, who might call it Silene virginica. This was growing beside the Mountains to Sea trail between Ox Creek Road and Rattlesnake Lodge (along the Rattlesnake Lodge Best Hike).
