Busy Beavers on the Laurel River Trail

Beavers have done a number on the stream-side trees, gnawing away at many but taking down few. They've attacked some huge poplars in places. It's doubtful they'll ever be able to get a good dam going on such a large, flood-prone stream, but then again, they're relentless!
